I am still quite far from being in a menopausal stage but I thought this free mp3 of an exciting discussion between Crystal Andrus and Dr. Christiane Northrup would inspire the senior women in our circles. I never thought there is so much wisdom in menopause!
What I did is I signed up for free and received an email containing the link to the mp3 replay. It was a fun discussion as both of them are candid and sensual. You will know what I mean when you listen specially in the middle part. (wink)
